What is Enriched Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) Production?
SVF is a cellular product obtained by the isolation of regenerative cells from fresh liposuction material (lipoaspirate). SVF includes fibroblastic, endothelial cells, macrophages, smooth muscle cells, and stem cells.
What are the Clinical Uses of Enriched Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF)?
Regenerative cells within the SVF have properties such as differentiation, wound healing, paracrine signaling, stopping cell death, and regulating the immune system.
- In the Repair of Some Articular Cartilage Defects,
- In the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis,
- In the Treatment of Osteoarthritis.
How is Enriched Stromal Vascular (SVF) Treatment Performed?
Fresh liposuction material (lipoaspirate) is taken by the physician in an amount ranging from 30-50 mL and sent under special transfer conditions to ONKIM’s GMP laboratories.
Cells are isolated from the processed tissue after undergoing the necessary quality control tests, and they are transferred for application to the patient. Compared to cellular products obtained through cell culture, this method can be prepared in a short time. The cells released from the laboratory must be applied by the physician within 48 hours.
